KINMOUNT PUBLIC LIBRARY

Anyone who resides in, pays taxes to, or goes to school in the City of Kawartha Lakes is eligible for a free library membership. Children under the age of 16 are required to have a parent or legal guardian co-sign their card.  To register for a card, provide identification that includes your name and address. Cards are issued for immediate use. Persons who do not qualify for free membership may purchase a non-resident membership at the cost of $30.00 annually, or pro-rated to $2.50 per month.
